I was very disappointed in a burger that I purchased in Jax recently. It was dry appeared warmed over. The ketchup and pickles tasted stale, and the fountain soda was mostly seltzer water.

Since 2011, I have visited the Burger King at 1601 McFarland Blvd., 35406. My last ticket listed the phone as 770-933-5023. I paid $10.66 for my order on 10-20-22. www.mybkexperience.com game me #CK89487 On 11-18-22, I visited the drive-thru. There was a significant line (it did not move much in the several minutes while I was in line. Finally, I drove up to the speaker and told the cashier I had a receipt for a free whopper. She seemed confused. When she finally returned to the speaker, she asked for the number. I read it, CK89487, which is the number I received. I showed her the number on my ticket. She said it was not any good. I left without any food.

I have been enjoying Burger King burgers for over 50 years and loving them. You are the best. Keep up the great meals and service.

I order online a whooper with a small order of onion rings. I received a double whopper with bacon, cheese and peppers (THIS WAS NOT MY ORDER) that someone had taken a bite off the second pattie with NO onion rings once again. This restaurant is more expensive than I-Hop or Dennys. I am glad that I don't eat there. This was an emergency. If I knew how expensive the restaurant is I would've go somewhere else. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and hashbrown potatoes. The sandwich was made wrong twice. I never got the hash browns. I never got a receipt. I paid 4.62, and did not get the food.

Horrible management in vero beach 20th st. 30 minutes min to get food. You will wait 10 minutes just to get your order taken. Dirty restaurant. Recieved wrong food. Management tried to tell me what I ordered.

I brought a sausage egg cheese croissant and a small vanilla iced coffee and it cost me $7.15 (how when the croissants are 2 for $4.00?) I was running late (and they weren’t open yet) only drive thru (which was packed) so I couldn’t go back. When I did eat it, it was horrible! Never again!!! Burger King used to have really good food. I don’t know what happened.

Very disappointed in my impossible whooper! It had one patty smothered with excessive mustard and only onion. I had requested the cheese be taken off! I used to love the impossible whopper. Now I don’t know if I can stomach the thought of another one as distasteful as this one!!!

After leaving the Billings CIinic where my husband had a heart procedure on March 15th, I ordered a Whopper Melt, a Bacon Stacker Meal with medium fries and a medium coke and one regular hamburger in the drive-thru. When we arrived at our home in Big Timber - 80 miles away - I eagerly opened the bag and was disappointed to find the Whopper Melt had not been put in the bag. My poor rating below is for service - my husband said his Bacon Stacker was pretty good.

I just tried the new Burger King melt it was horrible it was slathered with sauce huge amounts of sauce on both sides of the bun I just took the meat out and ate the meat either they need to learn how to make it right are you need to take it off your menu I was so disappointed

I enjoy your breakfast specials, but you're getting a little greedy with your current pricing. It seems very difficult to justify charging $1 more per sandwich for a croissant than for a biscuit. You've wasted little time in getting people to forgo the trip for the specials.

I wish Burger King would have coupons for single people. I am a widow and almost every coupon is for two meals or family. I can't eat two meals or even two sandwiches and they don't microwave well.

Went to Buger King this morning, November 14, 2021, for breakfast. #1 NO Indoor dinning, that was a disappointment. #2 wanted breakfast with coffee. Said they had NO coffee!. NO explanation as to why. Was very rude!!! That was on E Stats St. And Bell School Rd. In Rockford, ILL. When just south of there across from Cherry Valle mall. There is indoor dinning and they have coffee for breakfast and the workers there are very pleasant and helpful!

I ordered a hamburger, shake and onion rings from your store through door dash. It took your store 30 minutes to realize they were out of strawberries. That’s when I received a message saying my order had been canceled. By then my lunch time was over Very disappointed with your service.

I went to the BK restaurant on Pico Bl, Santa Monica, CA. I don't know why but the BK app on my cell would not open. Had to pay full price and had to wait 20 minutes for the counter person to help. Counter person was nasty and rude. may not go there again. Too bad this is the only BK in the area.

Whoppers have a lot of eye appeal and you can’t wait to get yours but, most times they are only warm and disappointing. Why can’t they be hot like a burger is supposed to be? I have eaten whoppers in many different places but my visits have decreased. The burgers need to be hot and the buns need to be toasted. Then you will increase your customers.

I ate at your Berger King in Ionia Michigan, very dirty. Very disappointed in the food it was terrible. I will not be eating there again. I got an order filled at the drive through in Plainfield NJ at Clinton and 7th St. It was a good experience with courteous quick service.

I had stoped in Buger King in Parkchester where there was only 2 employees working. The cashier was taken orders as well as bagging & serving the orders. The wait was too too long. Workers should nt have to work hard like that especially on a Friday night. I will NOT be back to this restaurant.

Last time I went to BK on Vermont Ave. & 3rd St. In L.A. I got my order right away. The fourth times I was there, no one were making burgers, they were talking & laughing. My guest & I had to wait 15 minutes for our order. The young cashier was great. The ice machine has Mal funtioned for a couple of months.

I went to burger king in Weymouth ma on Monday April 2 and when I placed my order the person that took my order didn't ask me if my order was to go or to stay. They put my order on a tray and when I told the girl that my order was supposed to be to go she said oh and through my order in the bag and my order was all over in the bag and she was very rude.

Recently I went thru the drive up.the girl says pull over there to a parking spot. so I proceed to pull over and not seeing hit the concrete block right beside me tearing off half my bottom under carriage an scraping the whole bottom of my car. Hope in the future they tell customers to watch out for it. That drive thru meal cost me $700 damage.

i take my kids almost every afternoon to play in your playground they enjoy ur ice cream which is cheaper for me when u have 6 kids. theirs also McDonald across it but believe it their ice cream is more expensive. i also love ur free wi-fi
