Hi hi go to White Castle on Barrett Station Rd., St. Louis Missouri and I really enjoy mono and Candace they are very friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a hamburger other than White Castle. In fact I’m going there tonight to buy a 10 pack sack. Have a good evening and make sure I get extra pickles on each hamburger.

Thank you very much for White Castle. Your employees are very courteous. They give me hot hot sliders, which I do appreciate they called me by name and I wouldn’t go any place else to get a slider other than White Castle

HI I ODER 2 HAMBURGERS AND FRY THEN I ASK FOR A REFFILL ON MY COFFEE AND TM# NUMBER IS 12879 SUNDAY AT 1:25 PM REGISTER 2 I THINK SHE IS PREGASIT BUT OTHER WORKERS ARE VERY KIND AND considerate towards the customers I am 60 years old and seniors shouldn't be treated like that I used to work in public relations so I know how to treat them but love your hamburgers and your French fries to me they still best

I absolutely love White Castle "Belly Bombers" Been eating them for almost 60 years. Got all of my grandchildren craving them also. Times change but for the most part White Castle hamburgers are the same as 60 years ago. Maybe more expensive but well worth it !!!

I’ve been eaten white castles since I was 11 years old. nothing quite like the taste of the good burger. you’ll need to open one in Greenup County Kentucky or Ashland Kentucky. ain’t got none around here really need the one here thanks

Wish you would reopen stores in Cleveland Ohio area. The frozen WC’s burgers are not that good. We use to eat WC quite frequently when you weee in Cleveland area. Any chance you would reconsider reopening.

recently went to a castle resturant in Ten I was disappointed to find that you have changed your mustard to yellow mustard. What happened to the brown mustard? I am from the southside of Chicago and always went to the castle at 111th and state. where is the brown mustard?

am wondering why can't there be White Castle Restaurants in the south. I am from New York City and when I go to visit my family that's the first place I stop. Im located in Nc and there are alot of us New Yorkers wanting a white Castle here. We're we need it and I promise you will make alot of money.

I LOVE White Castle! When I went to High School, THAT was my lunch! Back then they were 20 Cents apiece and it was nothing to walk out with 2 or 3 bags and sit and ENJOY! SADLY, I moved to North Caroina, and they DO NOT have White Castle here. I have tried the frozen, but once you experience them HOT AND FRESH, there is NO GOING BACK

We had been going to the Festus, MO White Castle aimce our kids were small (oldest 43 y/o) We stopped.coming back from.St Louis and the crew was absolutely rude. I had pulled up a coupon on my phone, 20 sliders for $10, they said it was not their coupon. When I clicked to redeem it went to the web aote and would not let me to any further. Of these are not coupons they should not be on the internet. It said coupon, not order on line. This was very upsetting to me and my daughter that was with me. We have always referred people to this location as the BEST White Castle to visit. I will not anymore. I would not want anyone to ne treated like we were. This was our special trip for us and our kids and grandkids. We are not rolling in money and this was something we cherished, silly right? But this was our vacation time with our kids.

I am 74 and have been a White Castle lover since I can remember, but I am very unhappy with all the good deals being for online or phone orders. Many of us seniors either do not use credit cards or feel uncomfortable sharing the numbers over the air. Why can't I as a walk in customer obtain the same savings? I hate to give them up but will if this continues.

I buy Crave Case with ketchup and put them in freezer. Yep, much better than the grocery store version. Plus you get the little hamburger boxes for the complete experience.

There is a regional customer service in Chicago area. Call a restaurant and ask for the telephone number. I recommend ordering the Crave pack online from the restaurant and freezing them.

Who can I complaint about white castles frozen chesse bugers I bought 3 boxes for a birthday party and I tried to take the buns off of them and they all crumbled and cracked apart and I need to speak to somebody in regards to this cause it was all a waste
