1/20/23 I brought my frames into Visionworks to get new prescription lenses. Was told 2 wks or less. At 2 wks was told my order was finished at Texas lab then lost. A day later was told my frames were broken and I should pick a free frame from their store. I paid $200 for frames I loved and want the same frames paid for by them. Being given a bland pair they pay $30 for is not a fair substitute. I have filed a report with BBB to get this resolved.... My husband brought his glasses to them a week before I went and they also broke his frames so this is probably a common problem. His new frames look cheap and don't fit.... Shop elsewhere for better quality and decent business practices.

Dont go to vision works on fry rd. Katy...i went. Cannot wear my new glasses!!!!they will not correct this problem..DID NOT FIT GLASSES ON ME TO SEE IF FIT RIGHT AND CHECK IF MY VISION WAS CORRECTED!!!! JUST SAID TRY THEM ON!!! ARE THEY OK?? DID NOT HAVE ME TRY READ EYE CHART! I KNOW THEY WILL NOT POST MY COMMENT..BUT I WILL!! NOT!!! NOT RECCOMEND VISION works to ANYONE!!!

I went to vision works I think I made a big old mistake ! I went back twice can't see my computer at work !! Got 378 $ glasses I can drive but can't hardly work !! Told I need reading glasses now about 300 more $ don't think I will ever go back again ! Please think twice about going there!
