Went to Panera Bread @Bluffton SC I ordered soup Chili Turkey...Absolutely nothing in that bowl..just a little broth tiny piece of Turkey...Sandwich barley had meat ....never again

Panera is the BEST, BEST, and assuring of the quality of food every time you get it that we’ ve ever eaten at. Keep up the terriffic service, and delicious food you have now. My very favorite place by far. And clean.

Why does less and less soup go into the bowls?. It seems like it depends on The dipper; it also seems The size of the pieces of bread that goes w/the soup if one chooses bread depends on the dipper also. I've receive anywhere from a "cup of soup" in the "bowl" to a full bowl. Anywhere from a. 2inch chunk of bread to a 3 inch piece. You need to Either put lines in the bowls as to 8 oz or 12oz. Or purchase a 12 oz dipper and a 8 oz. dipper. It is so infuriating dealing w/the guessing game and feeling like I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Foods killer all the time, every time! Serving not so much. Therefore rating isn't possible because there are 2 different issues here.

Mgr. was in the kitchen talking while we waited 3 min. Before he realized we were waiting to be served. Unfriendly, not caring about the customer. Then an employee shouted someone turned the oven off! Very poor managing!
