Starting to rethink Taking Mega Bus. Looking at my itinerary I discovered my drop off point arriving in Dallas is not the same location when i leave dallas.I called the c.s. line and they want to charge me $14 to change from Davis st, Grand Prairie back to the location I was originally dropped off at the down transit center off North Olive st. My ticket was $20. Not a fare assessment in my opinion. I'm sure when we leave the Grand Pairie location our next stop will be the North Olive st. Location. 02/18/20.

I have ridden Mega Bus to Chicago and was pleased. Since nothing goes to Indianapolis. Ind from Cleveland it would be nice if there was a bus from Cleveland to Indianapolis, Ind. Might that happen anytime soon.

The beginning of this year end of last year I had a very bad experience, the driver was so rude and made me cry, talked about my service animal like he was trash. it was a horrible trip and I vowed to never ride the mega bus again.

When megabus came to Grand Prairie, I rode once a month for 2yrs to Houston. When Dallas opened I rode less. I do love the non stop tho

I don't feel like it was right for a three week old baby had to pay full price to ride the bus. when you google, it say three and under don't have to pay, but then when you get there they made us buy a 40 ticket for a three week baby now. that's bad business.

I think they should increase the number trips to and from Washington, DC to Charlotte, NC from 2 to at least 3 a day. It would be so much better. I love how clean the bus is. Drivers are great.

I was to get the bus in Des Moines Iowa. We could not find the place would not come up on gps. Asked a by stander for direction is the only way we found it needs a better address than center street bus ramp😫 Also I had contacted customer service ahead of time about food stops. They told me there were none. So we packed food for 3 grandkids and myself. There was not only one stop but two stops for food. The. Customer service people need training. The ride itself was great. Would do it again.
