I love the crispy chicken salad except that I cannot eat bacon and would like to switch it out for some carrots. But, the store in Ft. Payne, Ala. said that I could not do this. Please advise stores to let people switch out something if possible. Would also like to see fish sandwiches available. I am a diabetic and have to watch out for everything that I eat. Would appreciate just a few changes. Please send coupons out in the mail as others do.

I enjoy Jacks bacon and biscuits. Last Monday and again this Tuesday, I went through the drive through and ordered a bacon biscuit with extra bacon and bacon crisp and well done. The first one had only 2 slices and not crisp. The last one had extra bacon but fatty and certainly not crisp and well done . Very disappointed. Paid extra. Both times and couldn’t eat it.

I went to the Jack's on Lorna Road, I next in line, the lady at the register turned her back and started bagging other orders. Waited for 4 min, she did not say anything, decided to go somewhere else. The one taking the order should not be bagging orders

I ate a bacon biscuit it was great. Then Jack's food was served at a company Christmas party. Everything was very good but chicken tenders and biscuits was GREAT !!

First visit, chicken fingers were great, 2nd they were so small it looked like a child's meal...both times have had trouble with survey site, can't get code for free Big Jack or sausage/egg/cha biscuit as stated on receipt
