Went to Outback Toco Hills and thought we were "Lucky" - no crowd waiting on queue. THEN mgr told us they were short staff and it would be 45 mins to an hour wait. So we said "OK, seat us and we'll have drinks." He then asked if we didn't hear that they were short and he would not seat us. Longhorn just across the street was most happy to seat and serve us. No, thanks Outback.

Outback has been one of my favorites since it first came to Anderson, S.C. I love the outback filet and also the coconut shrimp. The blooming onion is a favorite too. I have not been there in quite a while because of different circumstances, however I Love Outback.

Sure wish you would put the blooming onion side back on the menu. Love the blooming onion but its too much for 2 people to eat.

We moved from Ft Myers back to the four seasons, and every beginning of each season we always go to Outback. Best steak ever !

Had dinner at the 5 mile rd Cinti Oh last Thursday. I ordered the 6oz sirloin steak medium with potato & salad with a desert & coke. Finally got my dinner after 35 minutes & the steak was cold & it was so tough I couldn't eat it. I told the waitress & all she said was sorry, we are very busy. Didn't offer to get a new steak , ( wouldnt order another one because took too long the first time! )or not charge me for dinner. I tried to catch up with her & ask her about my bill but never saw her again. So , i did pay my bill but was not happy with this visit at all. I thought since I didn't eat any of the awful dinner they would not charge me. Well, I was wrong!

My daughter took me to the Owings Mills location I order the ribs and chicken combo when the waitress brought the order I couldn't believe the size of the portion were surprising too me! Thanks Outback kudos!!

We haven't been to outback in 3 or 4 years. Our bill was over $80. My husband got the Melborne ($30) It was almost raw. He ordered med rare I got a filet. It was good but our potatoes weren't very hot and to top it all off--a cockroach came out of the coasters. Freaked me out. My husband knocked it off the table. We told management. Didn't offer to comp our meal or appetizer plus his steak was grissly. We won't be back very soon

Went to outback in high point tuesday that was the first time the food was awful it definitely was not worth 45.00 i told them i would be there at 330 to pick my food up that wasalmost hour ahead of time got there still had to wait 30 minutes for our food

I ordered a blooming onion and fried mushrooms. Got free bread on the side. Was supposed to be ready in 30 mins. I was late another 15 mins. When I got there I had to wait another 10-15 mins. Food was cold and breading was following off mushrooms. Called and talked to manager Ivy -- she replaced food and also gave a free dessert for my troubles. Food was great. Thank you Ivy. I am disabled and don't eat out much so food made right really impresses me.

Went to Outback yesterday evening. 1st thing the girl didn't spell last name right ,nor wrote down the right telephone number, & waited a hour cause of her . Then our witness wasn't good . Didn't come over to table for 15 minutes after we were sitter. The man served drinks took our order. Another 30 minutes before meal came . Could have brought my salad out before meal . It came after my steak was out . Have to asked for salad. Spent 28.00 . This was in Danville, Va . Mangment came over to table ,said he'll be back didn't see him !! I will post this on Facebook. I never seen a place like this before.

I think the pork chops and vegetables are so great they're always cooked to perfection and I just can't get enough of them. I appreciate the great job your Chef's do and cooking all of the items on the Outback menu! I read a few of the other comments and as for the comments that did nothing but complain I can't help but feel that the same people would complain no matter what. The stake would never be big enough because some people just like to overeat and the meat would never be cooked properly and so on and so forth. I find it sad that some people always seem to find something wrong when they have the Good Fortune to be able to afford to eat out and not have to cook for themselves or eat a frozen dinner. I don't think a bad remark as in order just due to that fact alone. Keep doing what you do at Outback... cuz more often than not the food is certainly much better then someone might be able to cook at home or get in the frozen section at the grocery store and if it's not perhaps they should just cook at home or eat from the frozen section therefore they would never and that case they may never be disappointed again. Furthermore, if your food is not cooked to your very high standards I'm sure it could be sent back and the chefs would do as best as they could 2 send out Emil that was better than the one that was returned. I hope all your complainers read this because people who have the good fortune and money to go out and have their food cooked for them should not complain.

I was craving a great steak - ordered a dinner to go - the worst piece of meat I ever had. Grisly - had to trash just about every bite. I’m so very very disappointed ðŸ˜â€

Took my brother and sister in law out for a early Christmas dinner. Food was good,service was good. I ordered the grilled salmon with steamed vegetables. My meal,on delivery looked like it had slid off the plate and put back on, and the vegetables were greasy and limp . This isn't the first time we have been disappointed. Won't hurry back. Use to look forward to going there. :(

Outback Steakhouse is our favorite place to eat. We love the house salad and the bread. Most often we order the Outback Special and enjoy a nice baked potato with our steak. The service is always great.

I sent you a message a week ago and did not get a reply. I was an Outback regular until last week. I won a blooming onion with Ryan Newman. I am handicapped so I ordered takeout. Except for the steak, the meal was fine. The steak was small, tasteless and overcooked. I won again this week but after last weeks meal, will not dine there again until your service and quality improve.

We went to local Outback last Saturday evening. We waited about 30 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. We had the special 6 oz`steak, which came with soup or salad, and potato and a yummy desert with cinnamon and vanilla ice cream. We definately had to move another notch down on our belts, but it was worth it. Great experience. We will be back
