I went to the Appleton Wi Mall where there is a Costcutters salon. at 4301 W Wisconsin Ave. Store #62412. I asked for a haircut and could they use very little water to wet it for cutting. Which she did. Also asked if they could cut it so that the ends would 'turn under'. Beth was my stylist. this was on July 27th, 2019. at 11:16. She did an excellent job on listening to me and following through with cutting and even took the time to lightly dry my hair so that I left as I came in.. with dry hair. I left looking pretty and feeling good with my cut. I don't know if they are required to NOT dry hair, if a customer just comes in for a cut, but she went the extra mile to follow my request. I hope Costcutters realizes that you do have stylist that go the extra mile to please YOUR customers while working for you.

Made appointment for cut color and highlights...got there and one person started my color and left...I then had to wait for another to cut my hair and do highlights. Was there for 4 hrs.

I used to get cost cutter coupons to be used at my nearby salon. Now I get them for salons in a different state. Not very happy

I am very discouraged. The Cost Cutter coupons never work in my area which is Dillon, CO. They are always for the same 2 states which is Northern Wisconsin and one other. I love Cost Cutters but would nice to get a coupon once in awhile as I do the cut and color always.
