We ate at the Fairlawn Max and Ermas yesterday. We had a gift card, so we decided to give your restaurant another try. However, we were very unhappy with our dining experience. My husband ordered the hamburg/soup/cookie meal and I ordered the shrimp dinner. According to my husband, his burger was tough, cold and lacking flavor. My shrimp came without fries. When I finally got the server to check the menu to see if fries were included, my meal was almost completely finished. She offered to take off $.99 from the bill. In the past, we ate almost every other week at Max and Ermas. However, something has changed and we probably will not be back. The food, service and quality were very disappointing. As a previous business owner, I thought you would appreciate knowing about our poor meal and try to improve for future customers.
