Very disappointed in the quality of the food at the Celebration Florida location. Chicken Parm was burnt, noodles over cooked, order the Alfredo noodles came with hardly any sauce on it. Waited forever for the waiter to come to the table to request more sauce that took forever when they finally brought it to the table she ate the food. Ordered the Lasagna entree the center cheese was all dried out and hard inside the Lasagna it should if been soft and melted Went back there again a week or so later for the lunch special buy one get one free. Issues again. Their pastas taste so mushy and over cooked. Asked for the Roma sauce all over the Chicken Parm and noodles came out with one little scoop on sauce on the noodles had to ask waiter for more sauce and waited forever for it. My daughter ordered the meat sauce on hers it's an additional charge for it but that's what she wanted and it came out with Mariana sauce on it . Again told the waiter that's not what she ordered so again we wait he brings out a small cup of meat sauce not enough to cover the chicken Parm or the pasta. Very disappointed I even called and talked to the manager regarding our first visit they were going to contact customer service and send both myself and my daughter a gift card since 4 meals were ordered. I had to call the restraunt 4 times in 2 months to see why I havnt received or heard anything from their corporate. You couldn't even reheat or eat the leftovers they were burnt so bad and the Lasagna center was worst when you microwaved it. It all went in the trash.
