My husband and I went for the second time I got banana split he got sundae. No one told me about a rewards club either time we went. I’m mad. Employees were nice though

My family went to cold stone tonight and were treated terrible. The order was a mess, he put 4 M&Ms on ice cream that I paid extra for. He acted disgusted when I corrected him on wrong size. So disappointed. It will be a long time before my family returns. Cold Stone, you all need to be better than this. Becky.

Tyler requested Grandma order him his favorite cake for his birthday. So I did but not from the Cold Stone Creamery location that I usually do that was my first mistake. Second mistake was not taking the cake back to the Fenton location. The signature cake not only looked like an amateur decorated it but was totally lopsided on the outside when cutting into the inside layers they were any were from !/4"to 1 1/2" His friends all laughed at the cake & Tyler was embarrassed. I do have pictures! It did taste good,but,I can make a cake look amateur and taste good too for a lot less money. I did call the CSC headquarters they sent me a coupon for a free ice cream cone. The Fenton store called & said they would find out who made the cake & get back with me that was in February. Its now May 17 and I have yet to receive that Call. I guess Its just the icing on the cake. The CSC store that I would highly recommend is located on Woodward just south of Square Lk Rd.

Coldstone...OMG!! When my friend first brought me to this ice cream establishment, i was amazed by so many choices to choose from... i was like a little kid, the employees where patient, allowing you to sample and when they make your creation or fix your signature choice, they mix it just right!! LOOOOOVEE IT!! I tell all my friend about them.
